Meet the Team:Chasity Lousteau, ACC Direct Manager / Sr. Loan Officer

With a strong background in customer service and marketing, Chasity has over 16 years of professional business experience, ten of which have been in the mortgage business. Currently she is the manager of American Capital Corp.’s newest division, ACC Direct, serving clients who are shopping for home loans on the internet and is one of the team’s loan officers. Specialties include purchase and refinance loans for Conventional, FHA, and VA loan programs. At American Capital Corp., Chasity’ s experience involves spearheading the FHA program and serving as a wholesale account executive/regional sales manager for the banking division, ACBN. Previously, she was the marketing director for a mortgage banker. As a graduate of the University of Tennessee, she holds a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from the highly accredited College of Business and is a member of NAMB & CAMB. Chasity and her team of loan officers and processors strive to provide the service they would expect from an expert so their clients have a pleasant experience, return time and again, and happily refer their friends and family for their home financing needs.
Katie Cravello, Loan Officer Katie Cravello joined ACC Direct in 2009 after graduating from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. While attending college, she worked as a private, math instructor and taught at several academic levels, including business calculus. Teaching others helped prepare Katie for her career in mortgage lending where educating clients is a critical part of the home lending experience. While currently serving home lending needs of California residents, Katie is in the process of obtaining her Colorado salesperson’s license. She and the ACC Direct team hope to provide customers with service that is informative, efficient, and enjoyable enough that they will think of us in the future if they ever need home financing!
Deana Pryor, Loan Officer With over nine years experience in the mortgage industry, Deana Pryor has over 13 years total in customer service. Her educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree from California State University in Long Beach. A natural people person, she double majored in Business Management and Marketing and minored in Business Economics. Previous to joining ACC Direct, she worked as a loan officer assistant and acquired a wide breadth of knowledge regarding the loan process. Eager to learn and lend a hand, she quickly became American Capital's go-to girl for filling in blanks within the company wherever needed. While her primary function was loan processing for conventional loans, she was able to gather additional knowledge by working in other departments including Secondary Marketing, FHA, and Compliance. Deana will work diligently to find the loan solution that best suits your needs while doing her earnest to make your loan transaction as smooth as possible.
Lee Ann Giglio, Loan Officer Lee Ann worked behind the scenes for years in her husband’s mortgage business and took the helm in 2003. She brings the personal touch to the loan process by establishing a relationship with each person built on reliability, trust, efficiency and care. Her goal is to keep her clients apprised of each step of the loan process so they can relax and know they are being taken care of, at the same time offering the most competitive rates and programs available.
Her goal is to change the negative perception of the mortgage industry by restoring trust and maintaining excellent customer service standards. Lee Ann is a member of the California Associate of Mortgage Brokers and is licensed with the DRE & NMLS. Lee Ann enjoys working in the same city she has lived in for 25 years. It provides her the opportunity to serve the community that is so important to her with her business. While raising her 3 sons in El Segundo, she has served in Rotary Club, PTA Committees, Recreation & Park Drama Club, AYSO, ESHS Water Polo and El Segundo Foursquare Church.
Mordecai Lacanilao, Loan Officer Mordecai Lacanilao is a service -oriented finance professional with over 7 years of experience in customer service and marketing. He joined ACC Direct after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in finance at the top of his class, Magna Cum Laude with honors in the major from California State University Dominguez Hills. With proactive traits of erudition, he is able to rapidly integrate strategies adapted for changing markets while employing progressive methodologies. Mordecai is licensed with the DRE and NMLS and he is committed to delivering the highest level of customer service, efficiency and professionalism. He is dedicated to educating clients on all of their residential finance and lending options so that clients feel empowered to make informed, well thought out decisions that are most beneficial for the financial objectives they are trying to achieve.
Vickie Hernandez, Loan Processor Vickie has over 10 years experience in the Real Estate and Mortgage Industry. She currently holds her Real Estate license and prides herself on dedication to her borrowers and to her team. She enjoys processing. Prior to joining the industry, Vickie was an Office Manager for over 15 years, assisting clients with outstanding customer service and leadership. Brendan Greaney, Assistant Brendan Greaney is from Southern California having grown up in Palos Verdes. Brendan graduated from Palos Verdes Peninsula High School and is currently enrolled at Harbor Community College and will be attending California State University Dominguez Hills in the fall. While attending Palos Verdes Peninsula High School he was a member of Los Hermanos community service group in which he volunteered at homeless shelters and retirement homes. Brendan assists the loan officers of ACC Direct in their day to day work as well as working on marketing campaigns and has plans on becoming a loan officer in the future. Brian Cravello is from the South Bay growing up in Manhattan Beach. He attended Mira Costa High School before graduating from Arizona State University in 2011, majoring in Business and Tourism. While at ASU his studies focused on Real Estate and personal finances. Brian grew up working assistant jobs in all aspects of the business and now is working as a Loan Officer Assistant while he is getting licensed. Brian is excited to be a part of the ACC Direct team and is looking forward to becoming a certified Loan Officer.
